Booth & Sons refurbish residential properties and list them as short‑term serviced accommodation—giving contractors and larger travel parties a "home‑from‑home," while offering landlords a hands‑free, fee‑free alternative to traditional lets.
Project Origins & Scope
Family beginnings: After renovating their own house, the Booth family spotted demand for contractor accommodation and decided to scale those skills into a family business.
Legacy first, site second: Serviced units were already live on Airbnb/Booking.com; the website was added later to build credibility and capture direct bookings.
Role & stack: A SiteBeast build—WordPress + Oxygen, integrated with the Guesty booking engine. My remit covered UX, design, copy, and technical build; a future‑proofed template was delivered in under a week.
